    Bad Customer service

    The first time they screwed up by not sending the message prepackaged. I called last week & they stated they would be prepackaged & should be here by this weekend. THE REASON FOR PREPACKAGED MEDS IS MY MOTHER IS PARTIALLY BLIND. BUT ONCE AGAIN NO PREPACKAGED MEDS JUST INDIVIDUAL BOTTLE. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY THAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR SAYING OR NEED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TY HIS COMPANY

    Our logo was PERFECT! The quality of the bag and the items inside are better than our previous long-term kit provider (and our logo was not an option to put on the bag). These kits are also less money as well! Service has been phenomenal as well!

    What else? : the supplier we were getting them from no longer offers them, so I had to look around for someone else and found your website.

    This was the first time we've ordered and we received our order in a very timely manner. Very happy with customer service.

    I just started working with Medi-Kits this year. I have found the customer service is very prompt and the ordering process is very easy. The quality of kits is excellent for my purposes and I have already a second round of kits for my patients to have during their surgical time.
